Pexion

Pexion tablets are used to treat idiopathic epilepsy (Fits) in dogs. The drug is Imepitoin. It is more bioavailable (better absorbed) when given on an empty stomach, so if you normally give it with food then always give it with food or always give it on an empty stomach so that levels in the body stay the same. Doses should be given twice daily. It may not stop seizures entirely but that is true of all anti-epileptic treatments

Our veterinarians are all experienced general practitioners with a broad knowledge and
understanding of animal health, illness and injury.
